I guarantee you that if you try to 'fast', whatever you eat afterwards will turn into additional weight...your body will think it's still 'famine' time and go into storing mode...so it will store whatever 'comes' to be ready for the next anticipated 'famine'.<BR/>Lose weight in a healthier way...eat plenty veggies,fruits, less fatty foods, no more sodas...water and tea (no sugar)...use lemon to flavor both.
