While millions were spent on Abramoff to keep easy immigration and cheap labor, what percentage balked and urged routine maintenance at CUC instead. How many people vote on family alliances and tolerate waving and picnic tables as a platform? How much money is spent on unnecesary jobs that should go to critical services. People here were bought off cheaply and now the price is being paid.Jeffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16129588857193564261noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1684920605373791542.post-52734660029198438262008-04-08T11:37:00.000-07:002008-04-08T11:37:00.000-07:00G'Ma,Pete A is busy trying to get the U.S. Congres...G'Ma,
Pete A is busy trying to get the U.S. Congress to appropriate money for volcano observatories for Pagan and Anatahan.

Volcanos are more important than the power situation.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1684920605373791542.post-48972096319734562012008-04-07T18:19:00.000-07:002008-04-07T18:19:00.000-07:00Me TOO!!! Today I am trying to keep my eyes open and a smile on my face while teaching middle school students who are trying to do the same thing! The sad part is that in the paper today it says my village will be getting a double dose of outages one of them being from 10 PM-12 AM...They are mean.Shazamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16842913829790398683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1684920605373791542.post-61238884841695909682008-04-07T14:44:00.000-07:002008-04-07T14:44:00.000-07:00Yesterday my power went off UN-ANNOUNCED from 2-4 ...Yesterday my power went off UN-ANNOUNCED from 2-4 p.m, and again from 8-10 p.m. Today we'll face the same or worst.
This is getting very unbearable. Others in the U.S can't even imagine living under these conditions. They just plain can't believe it!!! I want to know the reaction of those Congressmen who are supposedly "so concerned" about us, what they think of this situation.G'mahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02304090974333209890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1684920605373791542.post-37997232638673735572008-04-07T14:38:00.000-07:002008-04-07T14:38:00.000-07:00I feel so sorry for you and for all those who have...I feel so sorry for you and for all those who have to go to work and whose kids have to go to school. It is a shame, as this kind of service or rather none service only happens in undeveloped country...this is supposed to be the commonwealth of the U.S. With all the billions going to Irag, and other third countries every day, you'd think our leaders could convince the U.S to loan us the money needed to totally revamp the whole CUC...REPLACE THOSE AGING MACHINES, which are burning the expensive fuel...I hear it'll cost about 70 million to replace them. Where is Pete A.and our other leaders? If the U.S claims they are so concerned about us, etc. etc., this is the time we need the help...NOT BAND AID HELP, but a REALISTIC HELP, such as REPLACEMENT OF THE GENERATORS!!! WE HAVE SUFFERED ENOUGH...This is not supposed to be a third world.G'mahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02304090974333209890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1684920605373791542.post-58630691675368878962008-04-07T06:35:00.000-07:002008-04-07T06:35:00.000-07:00CUC does SUCK!CUC does SUCK!Bevhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16820996925307450610noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1684920605373791542.post-11558806068233426962008-04-07T05:19:00.000-07:002008-04-07T05:19:00.000-07:00Well, I have a partial answer for you. As a result, nearly all of the lighters sold in the city have a little LED light built in. Downside is the lad is equally fascinated by both ends of the lighter. So, I keep my lighters out on a shelf in the hallway with the guns and navigate to the bathroom in the dark. I'll bring some lighters when we visit in August and you can save yourself a lamp trip, as the little ones will have a dual purpose lighter. Then again, maybe not.bigsoxfanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03415669952554171048noreply@blogger.com
