Just when you thought things couldn't possibly get any worse.

The power went of around 7am this morning on beach rd. in Garapan (where my office is located)...it is now almost 2pm and still we have no power...That's almost 7 hours straight with no power....I have called just about every CUC number in the book and get a constant busy signal...When I finally got through to someone she told me I had to call another number and promised that I wouldn't get a busy signal...She was right, I got a phone that rang and rang and rang and that noone answered...I called her back and asked her if there was any other number I could call because no one was answering the phone number she just gave me, and she said.."ma'am, why don't you just wait until 2'o clock, the power should be back on by then..hopefully"
