In the span of a couple of weeks several people I know or have come in contact with have passed away some expected, most unexpectedly...There was the former owner of coffee care who was killed in a freak automobile accident, a young girl from my church, only 25 years old who went into a coma from an aneurysm and has since passed on. She was wayyyyyy too young! My employees grandfather, and just yesterday a nun who drowned just hours after I left from swimming at the very same beach...very, very sad!
You just never really know when your time's up....life really is too short! You have to savour every moment and appreciate everything you have...*sigh*
Quote for the day :
“I believe you should live each day as if it is your last, which is why I don't have any clean laundry, because, come on, who wants to wash clothes on the last day of their life?”

I don't mean to take away from the respect or anything. I am just truly curious.. I didn't know nuns could go swimming in public. What do they wear when they go swimming at the beach?
The lesson about never knowing when your time is up has been brought home to me many times in the past. I guess that's why I live life the way I do and try to get everything I can out of it. The one thing I wish I did better was investing in other people and getting to know them better. My shyness keeps me from getting to know some very cool people I think.
I have the same problem when it comes to shyness! Sometimes I get mistaken for being "stuck up" or even a "B*T@*..ha ha, but the truth is I'm just very shy and I usually don't open up until after I get to know someone pretty well..Then once I get comfortable, you can't get me to shut up..ha ha!
