Time for Salad! A nice delicious pasta salad that the kids and adults are sure to love!
Recipe Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) package tri-color rotini pasta
1/4 pound sliced pepperoni sausage
1 cup feta cheese (or more if you LOVE feta cheese like I do)
1 (6 ounce) can black olives, drained and sliced
1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
Recipe Method
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente
Drain and rinse twice in cold water.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, pepperoni, olives, Feta Cheese, mozzarella cheese and dressing.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
* note : you can add a can of whole kernel corn (drained) if you like.
Bon Appetit!

Scruptious, I'll be heading to the market, once Erdene visits your page. My recipe of the week, Pork Chops. I should have it up by Monday. You'll need apples, cabbage, onions, chops, and apple juice. The Martignelli's sparkling version is bestest, if you can't find cider.
