*note: I realize most of these things can be found in Guam, Palau, Marshalls, Hawaii etc...but what if we had them all in one place? Saipan...

I have honestly alwasy wanted to start up a nice miniture golf business on saipan. Not a just a rinky dink one.
I looked into it once and the start up costs are relatively low. Not a huge money maker but oh what fun it would be.
ohhh yeah, miniture golf would be so much fun!
Do the Japanese play miniature golf? I know I would!
How about more parks?
Ohhh, more parks would be awsome too! I wish we had a park on our side of the island (Kagman)..
