The only place I know of that you can get soup, salad bar, steak, ice cream and an Ice tea for $10 bucks!
This was Ulu's salad actually..I had potato salad which was pretty good!

Steak medium rare please! You can also choose seafood or chicken.
Vanilla ice cream or coffee to end your meal..or pay a couple bucks more and get both!Great deal when your extra HUNGRY...which I usually am!

Where is this restaurant?
In Garapan, on the road just behind Winchell's. They grill the steak on an open BBQ in the main restaurant right in front of you. It's well worth the $10.
